Jean Chauvenet, Nuits Saint Georges Bousselots Vintage:2017 brooding and focused flavors that I d finish any brooding and focused flavors that explode on the hugely long and deep finish Both the 2010 and the 2009 continue to blow me away every time I taste them The freshest nose to this point with an earthy extract of red and black cherry and pinot fruit aromas that introduce edgy and firmly if not aggressively structured medium full flavors that are quite complex and this finishes with a noticeably dry This will probably always be chewy and I have put the drinking window earlier than it might otherwise be to avoid the risk of this drying out with extended bottle age
